For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two concurrent sewer rehabilitation projects valued at approximately Rs 3 million combined.
First project is replacement work on 18-inch line (routine but time-critical at 15 days); second is repair of settled 54-inch line (more complex, higher cost). Both require PEC registration and are low-bid competitive. Tight 15-day completion window and 05-09-2026 opening date suggest urgent execution. No advanced site surveys or specialist equipment mentioned, indicating standard municipal infrastructure contracting.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant construction category/codes. Registration on Punjab PPRA portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory. Earnest money submission via CDR/receipt at 2.5 percent of bid cost is required. Bidders are typically also expected to hold valid NTN and maintain contract compliance history, though not explicitly stated here.
