Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, delivery, commissioning and training of one brand-new sit-down type electric high reach truck (battery-operated reach forklift) for palletized material handling operations at its Shershah Depot in Multan, Sindh province. The equipment must be suitable for warehouse racking operations with a storage height up to 8.5 metres, compatible with a 3-metre aisle width for drive-in pallet racking, and capable of handling standard 1100 mm × 1100 mm pallets. The tender covers the complete scope including site verification, factory pre-delivery inspection, transportation, offloading, on-site functional demonstration, load testing at rated capacity, and provision of all standard safety accessories and attachments.
Bidders must submit technical compliance sheets detailing actual specifications offered, including rated capacity not less than 1.4 tonnes, maximum lift height not less than 8.0 metres, residual capacity at maximum height not less than 1,000 kg, and duplex or triplex hydraulic mast with tilt function. The equipment shall be powered by AC motor technology with microprocessor-based controllers, feature electromagnetic parking brake with regenerative braking, non-marking solid or polyurethane tyres, digital display instrumentation showing battery state of charge and hour-meter, and overhead guard of adequate strength. All documentation including Operation & Maintenance manuals, spare parts catalogues, electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams, battery and charger manuals must be provided along with warranty coverage and after-sales service support.
