For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

HIT is procuring two units of 3-3.5 ton fork lifters on FOR basis—a straightforward material handling equipment supply contract with a tight 32-day submission window from advertisement date.

The tender requires split technical and commercial envelopes and mandates performance guarantees and integrity pacts, suggesting HIT's standard governance protocols. This appears to be a one-off procurement for plant operations rather than a framework contract.

Who can bid: Bidders typically require SECP registration, valid NTN, and business registration with appropriate authorities. While not explicitly stated in this notice, suppliers of industrial equipment to Pakistan's public sector typically need to demonstrate operational capacity, relevant experience in fork lift supply, and financial standing to support performance and warranty guarantees.
