Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of two diesel-operated forklift trucks, each with a 2-ton load capacity, for supply and commissioning at PSO Faqirabad Depot and PSO Mehmoodkot Installation in Sindh Province. The Request for Quotation (RFQ No. OP-19871IA, SAP No. 6100017647) seeks mechanically sound, diesel-powered equipment compliant with ANSI/ITSDF B56.1, ISO 3691, JIS D6001, ISO 13564, ISO 6055, and ISO 5053 standards. Each forklift must be powered by a diesel engine rated between 30 kW and 55 kW, equipped with hydraulic lift systems, full hydrostatic steering, pneumatic tyres, overhead guards, tilt steering columns, safety seats with belts, triplex masts (3683–6248 mm range), forks (1070–1129 mm range), and comprehensive safety features including fire extinguishers, backup buzzers, and mirrors. Quotations are required by 21 August 2026 at 2:15 PM.
Bidders must be authorized distributors or agents of the equipment manufacturer with proven after-sales service and support capacity, supported by manufacturer letters. Forklifts must be supplied from fresh stock with manufacturing dates not older than six months and must be imported, with complete tracking documentation from manufacturer to PSO required. Bidders are obligated to visit the respective locations to inspect the pallets and operational environment before bidding. The supplier must arrange proper commissioning, provide two sets of technical literature per unit, and deliver comprehensive training to PSO staff on operation and routine maintenance. A one-year warranty covering free maintenance, labour charges, and parts replacement is mandatory, with a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day for rectification delays exceeding 48 hours during warranty periods.
