GEPCO invites sealed tenders for the replacement of damaged and rusted elliptical tubes of defective bodies of 200-KVA and 100-KVA distribution transformers on a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The tender is issued under WAPDA/PEPCO specifications and encompasses manufacturing or reclaiming of damaged impaired transformers with sound track record for manufacturing new transforming and reclaiming of damaged impaired transformer. The procurement covers 100 units of 200-KVA transformer tubes and 100 units of 100-KVA damaged distribution transformers as per WAPDA/PEPCO specifications. The delivery location is Regional Store GEPCO, 132 KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR Government of Pakistan. Conditional tenders or tenders without bid guarantee will not be accepted. The bid guarantee amount is Rs. 180,000 as printed in the notice. Bidders can participate as per WAPDA specifications and must have sound technical capability for manufacturing or reclaiming damaged transformers.
Bid documents are available from the E-PADs PPRA website (www.eproc.gov.pk). Tender submission deadline is 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bids should be submitted through E-PADs and manual bids to the office of the undersigned. The bid remains valid for 120 days from opening date and must be accompanied by a valid Bid Guarantee/CDR not less than 150 days issued by a scheduled bank.
