Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for civil works covering renovation, repair and maintenance of GC (Ground Control) Rooms at multiple locations throughout Sindh province. The project is funded from SSGC's FY 2026-27 budget and is tracked under reference P90601 on the national e-procurement platform. This non-consultancy services contract is being procured using Single Stage-One Envelope open competitive bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, following Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope encompasses structural, mechanical and finishing works at dispersed sites across Sindh requiring coordinated logistics and site management.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Bid security is mandatory and may be submitted as a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders must demonstrate capability to execute civil works contracts and typically require valid NTN, SECP registration if applicable, and relevant experience documentation. The integrity pact must be signed by all participating vendors, and a performance guarantee will be required from the successful contractor upon award.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/90601. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bid submissions are not accepted. Interested vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 must complete registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ prior to bid submission.
