Eight small maintenance and minor works contracts (Rs. 1 million each) are available as term/service agreements through a two-stage pre-qualification and tender process.
Works span routine artificer services, periodic building maintenance, and specific repairs/replacements at a military ordnance facility. The pre-qualification deadline is 04-09-2026 with tender closure on 23-09-2026—notably tight timelines between stages. Contracts favour established firms with documented experience, strong bank relationships, and current professional registrations; sole traders or unregistered operators will likely be screened out.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with FBR/ATN/GSTs and hold valid affiliations with MES, PEC or SECP. Typically, civil contractors must provide two years of bank statements, proof of tax compliance, fixed asset declarations, and equipment inventories. No litigation with Government should be pending. Specialized sub-contractor engagement for complex tasks is expected.
