NBP seeks a contractor for substantial branch renovation in Faisalabad involving structural, MEP, and finishing work.
The project appears medium to large in scale with comprehensive technical and financial documentation requirements. Bidders must be PEC-registered and demonstrate prior relevant experience. The single-stage envelope process suggests the bank prioritises technical quality alongside cost. Close attention to specifications and schedule compliance will be critical for success.
Who can bid: Bidders must typically be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate construction category and hold valid National Tax Number (NTN) from FBR. Company registration with SECP is typically required.
