Description / Scope of Work
The National Bank of Pakistan, through its Engineering Wing Central in Lahore, invites bids for major renovation works at NBP Chak No. 202-RB Branch located in Faisalabad, Sindh. This is a national-level procurement using a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The project involves comprehensive renovation and rehabilitation of the banking facility to enhance operational standards and infrastructure. The scope of works is detailed in the attached specifications and bill of quantities, with scope covering structural repairs, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems upgrades, and related construction services as per the detailed work specifications provided in the bidding document.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for construction works and possess relevant past construction experience. Bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the document, along with comprehensive documentation including past construction experiences, key personnel schedules, financial resources evidence, and historical contract performance records. All prospective contractors must demonstrate financial capacity and provide undertakings regarding contract non-performance and litigation history.
