The District Council Sheikhupura invites online tenders on an item rate basis from engineering firms, contractors and bidders for arrangements of the 77th Annual Event at the National Marian Shrine located in Mariamabad, Tehsil Safdarabad, District Sheikhupura in Punjab Province. The estimated project cost is PKR 3,582,660 and covers a four-day event featuring provision of searchlights, generators of varying capacities (5 kVA, 50 kVA and 100 kVA), flexible signage panels, rental furniture including chairs, tables and sofa seats, carpets, CCTV camera systems with recording equipment, drone cameras for aerial coverage, and fuel supply. Intending contractors and firms must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes to be eligible for participation. Bid documents are available through the PPRA e-tendering portal. All bidders must upload their completed bids with filled rates on the website up to half an hour before the tender opening time.
