Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed proposals under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure for the provision of storage, handling, transportation, courier and distribution services for donated chromebooks across Pakistan. The scope includes establishing warehouse storage space at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, providing space for branding and testing of devices, and managing distribution of devices from these three designated storage locations to respective regions nationwide. Interested courier services provider firms and vendors must be on the Active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department, holding valid GST and NTN numbers and AGPR Vendor Numbers.
Bidders must be registered, tax-compliant service providers with demonstrated capability in nationwide logistics and courier operations. The bidding process follows Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. Eligible bidders will be evaluated on technical merit and financial proposal through the two-envelope procedure, with evaluation criteria detailed in Section V of the bidding document.
