NED University of Engineering & Technology invites sealed bids for internal painting work at rooms and corridors on the ground, first and second floors of MBQ-I Boys Hostel at the main campus in Karachi, Sindh. The estimated contract value is Rs 5.201 million with a completion period of two months. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender using the EPADS e-procurement system, with bids to be submitted online only; manual submissions will not be considered. Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialised code CE-10, possess at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate average annual turnover of not less than Rs 10 million over the preceding three years as verified through FBR online annual returns. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board with active status and furnish an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and freedom from corrupt or fraudulent practices. All bidders are required to submit bid security of Rs 0.200 million as specified in Rule 37(2) of SPPRA in favour of the Director Finance, NEDUET.
Bid documents will be issued from 21 August 2026 to 14 September 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 15 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day.
