The Town Municipal Corporation (Malir), Karachi invites sealed tenders for the improvement of park adjacent to Mair City Police Station UC-02 TMC Malir. This work is located in Karachi, Sindh and carries an estimated cost of Rs 50,000 in Million (Open Rate Approx. 3 Million) with a bid security of Rs 2000. The project is scheduled for completion within 3 months from the date of award. The procuring agency is issuing this notice under Competitive Bidding through single stage single envelop procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, with all tender documents available from the Office of the Purchase Department at Main Younus Chowrangi, Landhi, Karachi.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline, with exception for works costing up to Rs 2.5 million and Rs 50 million. Bidders are required to submit details of similar assignments undertaken over the past 2 or 3 years, details of equipment and machinery owned or leased, and a financial statement with income tax returns for the last 2 or 3 years. Affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted and list of any litigation with nature and status must accompany the bid. The bid security of Rs 2000 is mandatory and must be submitted along with all required documents.
Bid documents will be issued from 21 August 2026 but not later than 15 days before NCD (Non Refundable). The submission last date is 23 September 2026 with opening on the same day at 3:00 PM at the Office of the Purchase Department, TMC Malir, Main Younus Chowrangi, Landhi, Karachi.
