Description / Scope of Work
The Common Management Unit (CMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods related to the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 1000kVA distribution transformer with 11kV industrial protection panel at the CMU warehouse in Islamabad. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation, with bids to be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0). The scope encompasses complete supply of the transformer unit, delivery to the specified location in Islamabad, installation of the protection panel, comprehensive testing, and final commissioning to ensure operational readiness. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope approach using least cost based selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant procurement guidelines issued by the Authority.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
