Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the renovation of laboratories in educational institutions across Islamabad. This civil works project (reference P91180) covers laboratory renovation work in FDE-administered schools and colleges within the Federal Capital. The project is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved for eligible contract payments. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope approach using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a call deposit or by submission of a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those meeting criteria outlined in the standard bidding document, including relevant experience in educational infrastructure renovation works.
Electronic bids prepared according to instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM using the ePADS v2.0 platform.
