TDAP is pre-qualifying civil works contractors nationally for FY 2026-27 under reference P92269.
This is a gateway process: only pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid for actual works contracts. Applicants must document past experience, financial turnover, and key personnel credentials. The tight deadline (one week from publication) and electronic-only submission via ePADS means ready documentation is essential. Scale and specific work scope are not detailed in the pre-qualification notice itself; these emerge post-qualification in the ITB phase.
Who can bid: Typically, National contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (category appropriate to civil works), valid National Tax Number (NTN), and SECP registration if applicable. Applicants must provide evidence of past construction experience, average annual turnover, and key personnel details as required in the PDS. Specific financial and experience thresholds are in the Pre-qualification Data Sheet.
