Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Navy Local Purchase Division invites sealed tenders from registered and unregistered firms for the supply of various IT equipment and monitors as detailed in the tender bulletin. The tender covers procurement of instructor console monitors, touch display units, and related IT hardware required for naval operations and training facilities. The scope of work includes supply of items with technical specifications including 27-inch monitors with IPS panels, frameless bezels, VGA and HDMI inputs, and Toshiba touch display units with specific resolution and VGA configurations. This invitation is issued under the standard procurement framework applicable to Sindh province, and interested firms are required to submit quotations in accordance with the specified terms and conditions by the closing date of 7 September 2026.
All firms, whether registered or unregistered with the relevant authorities, are eligible to participate in this tender. Registered firms need only pay the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, crossed cheque, or online transfer to the designated PN account. Unregistered firms must additionally provide a bid guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months. Proof of online payment must be attached to quotations. Firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG to avoid the bid guarantee requirement, with registration details available through SO Contract at the provided contact number.
Bidders should submit quotations complete with all required documentation and the tender fee proof by the closing date. Tenders will be opened on 7 September 2026. Standard delivery timelines are 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items. All laboratory testing charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the successful bidder.
