Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites bids for preparation, implementation and certification services for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards applicable to NTC Data Centers. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted on a national basis using a single stage, one envelope bidding method. The service scope encompasses full ISO management system implementation including documentation preparation, process alignment, internal auditing, management review support and third-party certification coordination. The assignment aims to establish and certify quality management and IT service management frameworks across NTC's data center operations in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria as outlined in the bid data sheet and must submit evidence of relevant experience in ISO implementation and certification services.
