For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
FESCO is seeking supplies of transformer-related components including bushings (10–630 KVA), press paper and board, fasteners, and miscellaneous welding and electrical consumables.
The tender covers multiple line items with quantities ranging from 16 to 35,490 units depending on item type, indicating a moderately large procurement programme. Bidders face a relatively tight submission window (approximately 2 months). This appears to be a routine consumable replenishment rather than a one-time capital project, with standardised electrical specifications suggesting established supplier base competition.
Who can bid: Bidders must be duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List. The notice does not reference PEC categorisation or construction-specific registration; however, suppliers of electrical components typically must hold valid business registration (SECP/CNIC for proprietorships) and NTN compliance.
