For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a general store procurement covering workshop equipment (sewing and embroidery machines) and specialized tool kits across multiple trades, with detailed PPE requirements.
The tender appears small to medium in scale based on the tool list structure. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and relevant defense/engineering bodies. Single-stage two-envelope submission and tight nine-day deadline from publication to closure requires immediate action. No framework or recurring element is evident; this appears to be a one-off annual procurement for FY 2026-27.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and be enrolled with DGDP, DGP-A, Pakistan Army Ordnance Depots, or PEC. Typically, for equipment and tool procurement, NTN certificate, valid tax registration, and relevant domain credentials are required. Sole proprietors and companies meeting regulatory requirements may participate.
