National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), a public sector utility, invites bids for rental of a commercially located and LDA-approved office building in Lahore with a minimum covered unencumbered area of 150,000 square feet configured as single premises or adjacent floors. The lease term is minimum five years with further extension possible by mutual consent. The tender reference is F-26081947115 and covers office space procurement for NGC's operational headquarters in Punjab's largest city, Lahore. The building must provide modern amenities including proper distemper/paint finishing, parking capacity for at least 150 vehicles and 200 motorbikes, emergency exit passages, uninterrupted 24-hour passenger lifts, backup generator systems, HVAC installations, security with CCTV coverage, firefighting systems, and dedicated facilities including prayer areas and separate toilets on each floor for both men and women. Eligible bidders must be owners or authorized marketing agents of qualifying properties with proof of ownership and LDA registration, approval, completion and compliance certificates. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS portal only and remain valid for 120 days from submission. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of pay order, CDR, or banker's cheque must be submitted in original to the Director General (Procurement) NGC at Shaheen Complex before the deadline. Security is refundable to unsuccessful bidders upon contract award.
Bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 11th September 2026 at 11:00 AM PST with bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Director General (Procurement) NGC, Hall No. 02, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Evaluation comprises technical scoring (minimum 70% passing threshold) and financial comparison on lowest rent per square foot basis.
