State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Rahim Yar Khan Zone invites sealed bids from eligible landlords, property agents and owners for hiring of rental office premises in the commercial area near Grain Market, Sadiqabad, District Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. The required space is 1000 square feet on ground floor or first floor, to be used as a Sector Office and Cash Counter facility on a purely rental basis. The lease agreement, if successful, will be for an initial period of three years, extendable by mutual consent with rent escalation of either 25 percent every three years or 10 percent annually as mutually agreed.
