Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) is inviting bids for hiring of office accommodation on lease for Miro Khan location under the non-consultancy services category. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved for this project, referenced as P73792 in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The service involves securing suitable office space on lease basis in Sindh province to support SSGC operations. The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive proposals including detailed terms, conditions, specifications and service requirements as outlined in the complete e-bidding documents. The bidding process follows standard procurement protocols with integrity pact requirements and performance guarantee provisions.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
