Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation invites bids for excavation and transportation of rock salt from Jansukh Mine No. 22 at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha, in Federal territory. This non-consultancy services contract is planned for fiscal year 2026–27 and will be procured through open competitive bidding using a single stage–one envelope procedure with least cost based selection technique. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate in this national-level procurement advertised under reference P94780.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, demand draft, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
