Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Procurement (Army), located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME on Main Adyala Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding valid NTN certificates for supply of multiple items. The procurement includes 11,845 units of 10.00x20 pneumatic tyre tubes fitted with TR-78A valve (single bend), 5,060 units of 12.00x20 pneumatic tyre tubes with TR-78A valve, 52 MT of spares for Toyota Hilux LN166R-TRMI trucks with 9–12 month delivery, and two sensor units for MLRS launch tube packs with 10-month delivery. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. Delivery periods range from 3–4 months for tyre tubes to 9–12 months for vehicle spares and sensors.
Eligible bidders must possess NTN certificates, DGDP registration, attested sales tax registration certificates, proof of godwon, and undertaking for adequate financial capability. Bank statements for the last one year, attested CNIC of Managing Director, and a certificate confirming the firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organisation are mandatory. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (upper limit Rs 1.000 million) through bank draft or pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi must be attached with offers. For specialized sensors, non-manufacturing firms must provide justifiable proof of manufacturing capability or original manufacturer agency agreement.
