Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Katlang, District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of one Window Facilitation Center at Police Station Katlang Bazar under the Accelerated Sustainable Developmental Initiative (ASDI) for Mardan. The project is valued at 7.000 million PKR and falls under scheme nomenclature 251259. This civil works project is being procured through the ePADS platform following a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. The work scope includes all material testing and quality assurance as mandated by the procuring entity.
Eligible bidders must be Government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specified construction and engineering categories (BC01-BC04, EC01-EC04(v), CE04(vii), CE09-CE11(i), CE11(ix), EF01, EE02-EE04, EE06, EE10-EE11(xix)), enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and currently valid with KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority) and FBR as Active Tax Payer. Bid security is set at 2 percent of the Engineer's Estimate (1.400 million PKR), with additional security requirements for bids quoted below 10 percent of the estimate. All bidders must register on ePADS and submit original bids electronically before the closing deadline.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official ePADS website. Submission of electronic tender forms must occur by 07-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 07-09-2026 at 12:30 PM on the same day. Online clarifications may be sought until 31-08-2026 at 5:00 PM. For further information, bidders may contact the TMO office on working days or call 0937-575100. Bids remain valid for 84 days from the closing date. The work order will be issued subject to availability of funds, and completion timeline shall be specified in the work order.
