Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar (BISE Peshawar) invites electronic bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the procurement of vehicle rental services on an open framework contract basis. The services are required for secure transportation of confidential examination materials during board examinations in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding shall be conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the e-PADS electronic procurement system. Eligible bidders may download the Bid Solicitation Documents from the e-PADS portal at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/.
All interested bidders must be registered with KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority) and FBR (Federal Board of Revenue), and must fulfill all applicable legal, taxation, and regulatory requirements. A Bid Security amount of PKR 100,000/- (fixed amount) is required, submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or valid Bank Guarantee in favor of the Secretary, BISE Peshawar. The original bid security instrument must be delivered to the office of the undersigned in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender Number on or before the bid submission deadline. Bid prices must be quoted on a per-day/per-trip basis, inclusive of all taxes and duties, and bids must be computer-typed and printed. Bids containing cutting, overwriting, or erasing shall be rejected to the extent of affected items.
Electronic bid submission through e-PADS must be completed on or before 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of BISE Peshawar in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance, in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014.
