Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the appropriate category with relevant Electrical and Solar Specialization Codes for Solar/Photovoltaic works (BE-11). This procurement under ADP Scheme 240245 encompasses the solarization of tubewells with fixed mounting structures at three locations in Nowshera District: Tubewell NC Dagi Khel, Tubewell UC Amangarh, and Tubewell VC Khat Kili, with an estimated project cost of Rs. 11.265 million. The procurement is conducted by KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), Valid Enlistment with Local Council Board, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the E-PADS system.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate categories with electrical and solar specialization, hold valid and renewed electrical inspectorate licenses with provincial offices, and possess valid NTN and active income tax registration certificates. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Nowshera. Bidders shall also submit a non-refundable tender fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost, along with affidavits on stamp paper confirming no disputes with any department and no blacklisting or incomplete project history.
Bid Solicitation Documents are available for download from the E-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing deadline of 09/09/2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on 09/09/2026 in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives. Hard copies of bids must be submitted to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration, Karimi Stop GT Road, Nowshera, through registered courier service before the submission deadline. Financial bid opening will occur after technical bid evaluation and approval by the Competent Authority. All bidders must comply with prevailing KPPRA rules and government notifications.
