Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed bids from financially sound, experienced and income tax registered firms, companies and individuals for hiring of a building on rent for Workers Welfare School (Boys) located in Jhang, Punjab. The estimated annual rent is Rs. 5,400,000 with a bid security requirement of 2% (Rs. 108,000). The procurement is undertaken in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Eligible bidders must be income tax registered and financially sound. The building offered must be fully functional with at least 15 or more rooms including administration spaces, covering an area of more than one Kanal. Essential requirements include continuous electricity supply with a derange system, clean drinking water, adequate parking space, and proper sanitation facilities. Bidders must submit technical proposals comprising CNIC of owner or authorized representative, ownership documents (Registry/Fard), approved building plan/map, building fitness certificate from PEC registered civil engineer or C&W Department, monthly rent assessment certificate, health/sanitation certificate from District Health Officer Jhang, active taxpayer status from FBR/PRA, and bid security in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft.
Bids must be submitted through e-PADS before 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bid opening is scheduled for 08-09-2026 at 11:30 AM, with financial bid opening for technically qualified bidders on 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. The building shall initially be hired for one year, extendable with mutual consent and competent authority approval.
