For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a large multi-lot supply contract (approximately Rs. 33.6 million) for a judicial facility conversion project with five distinct categories: kitchen equipment, electronics, security systems, machinery, and miscellaneous items.
The scope is broad and non-specialized, suggesting opportunities for general suppliers rather than niche vendors. Single-stage, two-envelope least-cost procurement methodology applies. Notably, the tender requires sample submission with lab test costs borne by bidders, and the delivery point (FOR Jail Gates) simplifies logistics. This appears to be a one-off project completion purchase rather than a recurring framework contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers holding valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Sales Tax registration. The notice does not specify PEC category or any other sectoral restrictions, but manufacturers and registered dealers of these product categories are implicitly eligible. Typically, such tenders also require evidence of financial capability and past supply experience, though not explicitly stated here.
