Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender comprises three separate procurement heads: stationary items with an estimated value of PKR 5,000,000, ordnance store items valued at PKR 50,000,000, and POL charges estimated at PKR 50,000,000, for a combined procurement scope exceeding PKR 105 million. The procuring organization is based in Lahore and seeks registered suppliers, manufacturers, firms, and authorized dealers engaged in trading with relevant registrations from tax and regulatory authorities. Bidders must meet financial and technical requirements as outlined in the bidding documents and comply with all terms and conditions specified by the Punjab Counter Narcotics Force.
Eligibility is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents and dealers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Each procurement item requires submission of a 3% bid security amount: PKR 150,000 for stationary, PKR 1,500,000 for ordnance store, and PKR 1,500,000 for POL charges. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes in a single package through the electronic procurement system. The procurement process is governed by PPRA Rule 12 and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk from the date of publication until the closing date. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS system by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
