Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Chichawatni invites sealed item rate tenders from eligible bidders for procurement of goods and services through framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement encompasses eight distinct lots including supply of miscellaneous items for gardening branch, stationery items, items for light branch, sewerage system supplies, office use items, pana flexes, machinery and vehicle rental, and rental basis item fixing services. The total estimated cost across all lots is approximately PKR 51.6 million with earnest money totalling PKR 1.8 million. All procurement activities across Punjab province shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System from 01-07-2026. The bidding document can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement portal or PPRA website.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and capable of meeting the technical specifications outlined for their respective lots. Bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-procurement portal. The tender shall be evaluated on total bid price using least cost selection method, with conditional, unsigned, incomplete or cutting over written bids being rejected. Performance guarantee shall be applicable as per prevailing government rules.
Bids must be submitted on Punjab E-Procurement from publication date until 23-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. All received bids will be opened on 15-09-2026 at 10:30 AM in the office of Municipal Committee Chichawatni in presence of available bidders and authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to approval or acceptance of rates. Completion time will be specified in the work order following rate approval.
