Description / Scope of Work
Cantonment Board Gujranwala, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites proposals for supply and fixing of ten CNC sheet boxes measuring 8 feet by 4 feet with four-side opening gates featuring iron pipe frames and 18 SWG sheet metal. The boxes are to be installed around electric poles at Muhammad Hussain Road in Gujranwala Cantonment, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure restricted to authorized, well-reputed firms and suppliers registered with PPRA on the ePADS platform.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA as vendors on ePADS and SECP or relevant regulatory authorities. All bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to two percent of the quoted price in the name of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Gujranwala, issued from a scheduled bank. The CDR must be submitted three days prior to bid opening. Participants must submit attested copies of all relevant documents alongside their original bids and security instruments. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes.
Complete e-bids in PDF format must be submitted online via the ePADS website at https://epads.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids will be opened publicly on 09-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of Cantonment Board Gujranwala Cantonment in the presence of authorized representatives.
