Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of fire fighting equipment at its Shershah Depot in Sindh. The procurement includes seven fire hoses measuring 2.5 inches by 100 feet with brass couplings manufactured to Argus Fire (UK) standard or equivalent approved brand, and six fire jet and spray nozzles of 2.5 inches with pistol grip design. All items must comply with international standards including NFPA 1961, UL Listed, FM Approved, and BS EN 14540 or BS 6391. The fire hoses shall have a minimum working pressure of 16 Bar and burst pressure of 48 Bar, constructed from synthetic woven jackets with rubber lining suitable for high-temperature firefighting services. The nozzles feature ergonomic aluminum alloy bodies with manual flow adjustment supporting jet, fog, and shut-off functions across a working flow range of 2.5 to 8 litres per second. Bidders are required to quote all-inclusive rates covering materials, labour, transportation, and applicable government taxes. The Location Engineer retains full authority to approve or reject materials not meeting specifications, and PSO reserves the right to conduct third-party inspection or testing at any stage. Contractors and suppliers must strictly comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, safety protocols, and security rules as defined by PSO. All transportation costs shall be borne entirely by the contractor or supplier.
Quotations must be submitted by 10 September 2026. Delivery shall be completed within 30 days of Work Order acceptance, with a penalty of 0.1 percent per day imposed for delayed delivery, subject to a maximum of 10 percent of the total purchase order value. Bids must include earnest money as specified, and payment will be processed based on actual quantities supplied and accepted.
