For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
BISP is procuring miscellaneous stores, electrical items, stationery and toners across six lots for 2026-27, using a competitive LCBS process.
The procurement involves multiple commodity categories suitable for office supplies and maintenance operations. As a national-level federal tender, this represents steady-state operational purchasing rather than a one-time capital project. Bidders should note the tight 20-day submission window and ensure full registration on EPADS before participation. Suppliers experienced in supplying government offices will find this a recurring annual opportunity.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility restrictions. However, suppliers typically require valid business registration (SECP for private companies), active tax registration (FBR NTN), and membership in relevant trade bodies. Bidders must comply with BISP's standard vendor criteria. Sole proprietorships, partnership firms and limited companies may be eligible if properly registered. Previous non-performance may disqualify bidders; historical contract performance declarations are required.
