For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

HIT is procuring stores for T-59MII tank refurbishment on FOR basis with a three-month delivery window.
This appears to be a government defence procurement requiring established financial credibility and prior government contracting experience. The Rs 2,000 postal order requirement and emphasis on anti-corruption documentation signal a formal, compliance-heavy process. Bidders must demonstrate three years of audited financials and prior government work; new entrants or those lacking defence sector experience are unlikely to meet eligibility thresholds.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, provide three years of audited financial statements and one year of bank statements, possess a clean record certificate from an oath commissioner, and demonstrate prior government contract experience. Distributors require OEM trade linkage proof. Typically for defence procurement, PEC registration or equivalent technical qualification is required, though not explicitly stated here.
