State Life Insurance Corporation seeks a feasibility consultant for a significant real estate development project in Karachi involving multiple plots in Maqboolabad.
The assignment appears to be a medium-scale consultancy requiring comprehensive technical and financial analysis of construction feasibility. The submission deadline is tight, allowing approximately three weeks from issuance. This is a one-off consultancy contract, not a recurring engagement. Potential consultants should have demonstrated experience in feasibility studies for large property developments and familiarity with Karachi's real estate regulatory environment.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC category or detailed professional credentials, but typically consultancy services require registration with SECP (if a company) or NTN and relevant professional qualifications in engineering, real estate development or financial analysis. Experience with similar feasibility studies is usually required.
