Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute Abbottabad invites competitive bids from eligible firms and bidders for sixteen separate works packages in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement includes development of two tube wells, construction of a water filtration plant, and comprehensive repair and renovation of multiple hostel facilities (Doctor Family Hostel, New Nursing Hostel, Medical Officers Hostel, PD Hostel, Male House Officers/Paramedic Hostel). Additional works encompass upgradation of CCU and Cardiac OPD facilities, repair of paediatric wards and toilets in MCHC Building, building joint repairs, sewerage line construction and replacement, and maintenance and repair work focusing on electrical systems. One package covers general local purchase of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables and non-drug items, while another covers purchase of maintenance department tools. All works are located at Ayub Teaching Hospital premises in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be registered on the KP-EPADS (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-Procurement System) at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk to participate. Bid security is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to either 2% of the bid value or fixed amounts (1,000,000 PKR for tender item 6 and 500,000 PKR for tender item 15). Tender fee of 1,500 PKR (non-refundable) must be submitted along with original stamp paper duly attested by an Oath Commissioner or Notary Public. All bidders must be eligible firms registered in accordance with relevant procurement authorities.
