For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Four separate equipment categories are being procured: urology, ENT surgical, eye systems, and tissue fusion/vessel sealing technology.
The tender is open to ATL-registered suppliers only, with 2% bid security required across all categories. Notable feature: single pre-bid meeting covers all four lots, reducing engagement frequency. Bidding is entirely electronic via EPADS with no alternative submission methods allowed. The September 2026 timeline suggests this is nascent procurement planning rather than immediate urgent acquisition.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid Income or Sales tax credentials. Typically, medical equipment suppliers must also hold relevant regulatory approvals and product registrations. Registration with EPADS platform is mandatory to participate.
