Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) invites sealed bids for the procurement of ICU ventilators under single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 46(2)(a) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended). This is a goods procurement contract for medical equipment essential to intensive care operations at the institute. The tender reference is SICVD/TN/SC/No.02/2026-27. Bidding documents are available for purchase and submission between 28 August 2026 and 15 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 15 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders must submit a bank guarantee as bid security and comply with all tender proformas including technical specifications, financial bids, and the Integrity Pact. Submission is mandatory through EPAD only; no physical submissions are accepted.
