The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) invites bids for the procurement of Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) equipment through a Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 46(2)(a) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended to date).
