The Public Health Engineering Division Swabi invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors for two water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects under the District Development Initiative for Swabi District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first project comprises extension and rehabilitation of water supply systems at Malak abad Gadoon with installation of pumping machinery and voltage regulators, estimated at Rs 1.500 million for the 2024-25 fiscal year. The second project involves construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across central districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Swabi ADP No. 172/251121 for 2025-26, including water supply systems at Topi Dhero with machinery and electrical equipment valued at Rs 1.568 million. Both projects are located in Swabi District and fall under the broader provincial development framework. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and field of specialization, enlisted with the PHE Department, and possess adequate financial soundness, technical experience, and personal capabilities as detailed in the invitation to tender. Bid security and additional security shall be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (12)/VOL; I-20/2020-21 dated 21-04-2021. Interested firms must register on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and download or submit tender documents through that portal. The last date for submission of bidding documents is 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Contractors must maintain active registration status with the KP Revenue Authority in accordance with KPPRA rules.
