Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi invites national competitive bids for printing and supply of tabulation registers on a framework basis under tender reference BIE/AG/L&N/23/2026. The estimated project cost is Pakistani Rupees 9.50 million (ninety-five lac only), with the procurement conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a single-stage, one-envelope procedure. The framework agreement will remain valid for supply of tabulation registers as required by the Board throughout the contract duration, with delivery obligations on a work-order basis within thirty calendar days of issuance. This tender is open to reputed and established firms, suppliers and contractors registered with concerned tax authorities, reflecting standard government procurement practices in Sindh province.
Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to three percent of the estimated cost in the form of a demand draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in favor of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi. The bid security shall remain valid for twenty-eight days beyond the bid validity period of ninety days from the date of tender opening. All bidders are required to obtain the bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Pakistani Rupees three thousand, and must register themselves with EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. A Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 500 is mandatory, confirming that all data received shall remain strictly confidential and not be disclosed or used for purposes other than contract execution.
Bidding documents are available for download from 25 August 2026 onwards from the EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk or from www.biek.edu.pk. Separate sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and in original hardcopy form to the Procurement Wing, Administration General Section, Old Building, 1st Floor, Room No. 31, Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi on or before 08 September 2026 at 02:30 P.M.
