Canteen/Cafeteria Contract for DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib 2026-27

Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with minimum B Category contractor license status and possess at least three years of demonstrated experience working with government institutions. Applicants are required to submit police clearance certificate confirming address verification and clean criminal record, a valid government certificate for cafeteria/canteen work, and bank statements covering a minimum of one year from their own business account. A call deposit receipt (CDR) of Rs. 467,041 from the bidder's own bank account must be provided along with valid CNIC copy. All bidders must deposit three months' advance payment within three days of bid approval in government treasury with applicable taxes. Government income tax of 10% will be deducted as per rules, with bidders responsible for depositing tax through national bank to FBR.

Bidding documents are issued until 11:00 AM on 25 September 2026 with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000. Bids must be received by 11:00 AM on the same date and will be opened at 11:30 AM at the hospital office. Bidders must provide complete biodata including firm name, authorized representative details, NTN, sales tax registration, CNIC, email and contact numbers. A certificate on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm is not suspended or blacklisted is mandatory. The successful bidder must execute a contract on judicial stamp paper and deposit remaining bid amount within 30 days. Hospital reserves discretion to accept or reject any bids. Electricity charges if used must be paid monthly at hospital rates. All disputes are resolved by the hospital auction committee decision.
