Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Attock, on behalf of the Government of the Punjab Communication & Works Department, invites item-rate tenders for maintenance and repair works to the ADC Office (Municipal Services) in Attock. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2.447 Million, with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 0.1224 Million (5%) required. The work is located in Attock, Punjab, and aims to ensure the upkeep and functionality of this critical administrative facility serving the district administration.
Participating contractors and engineering firms must be enlisted and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category and specifications code. Contractors must produce an original PEC License clearly displaying the requisite relevant specifications and code; those lacking the appropriate specifications code will be rejected and not entertained further. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the newly introduced Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts, are accepted. All bids must be complete with filled-in DNIT and Bill of Quantities; incomplete financial bids with blank entries will be declared non-responsive.
Bid documents are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. The Tender Opening Committee (TOC) will retrieve and publicly open quoted rates on 16-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
