Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Multan invites electronic bids for the construction of tuff tiles, Portland cement concrete (PCC), reinforced cement concrete (RCC) slabs and related infrastructure work across various streets in Union Councils 01 to 17 throughout Multan, Punjab. The project scope encompasses multiple construction activities with an estimated cost of PKR 1,96,00,000 (one crore ninety-six lakh Pakistani rupees). This is a substantial municipal infrastructure development initiative aimed at upgrading street pavements and surface conditions across the city.
Bidders must be registered firms or companies engaged in construction and trading, holding valid registration with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. All E-bids must be accompanied by a fixed bid security of PKR 9,80,000 (nine lakh eighty thousand rupees), submitted in the name of Municipal Corporation Multan in the form of a certified deposit receipt (CDR), bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Bidders are required to pay the bid security through online banking before uploading their bid on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Complete E-bids must be submitted online through the ePADS (e-Procurement And Disposal System) website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mumtaz-Abad office of Municipal Corporation Multan. E-bid opening will occur at 11:00 AM on the same date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline and should not wait until the last moment.
