Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology, Tranda Muhammad Panah, operating under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for renovation and minor works on the Academic Block at the college campus in Tranda Muhammad Panah. The scope of work includes distemper application, white washing, ceramic tile installation, painting, and glass pane fitting. The estimated contract value is Rs. 45,53,000 with a completion period of 90 days. This procurement is open to active tax bidders registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant authorities.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category or above, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN) with the Federal Board of Revenue, and maintain registration with the PRA Department. The mandatory bid security amount is Rs. 91,060, which must be submitted online in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made in favour of Govt. College of Technology, Non Salary. Bidders are required to submit copies of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN, and PRA certificates along with their encrypted bids. All bids must be submitted on an item rate basis against each line item of the Bill of Quantities rather than on a percentage basis.

Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the same portal by 10:30 A.M. on 11 September 2026, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M.
