Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of office furniture planned for fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is undertaken in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations, and payments under the contract will be processed using standard procurement procedures and guidelines. The procurement is open to all interested and qualified bidders who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and compliance requirements set forth by the PPRA.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents, submitted in the format of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee as per the requirements outlined in the tender documentation. Bidders must provide all required documents containing detailed terms and conditions, including completion of relevant sections of the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for all interested bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process. The bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.app.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/FPR038 for all registered vendors.
Bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 are encouraged to register immediately to avoid delays; registration guidance is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHWf3By7lc.
