Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Drive-In and Drive-Through pallet racking system at its Shershah Depot warehouse facility in Multan, Punjab. The project encompasses 600 pallet positions with a minimum design load capacity of 800 kilograms per pallet position. The warehouse is an enclosed pre-engineered building measuring approximately 97 feet by 57 feet. The contractor must carry out a comprehensive site survey to verify as-built dimensions, floor levelness, column grid, clear heights and any obstructions before finalizing structural design.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for manufacturing or procuring all racking components including uprights, frames, beams, rails, arms, bracing and base plates in accordance with applicable codes. All connecting hardware, safety accessories including column protectors, end-of-aisle guards and safety pins must be supplied. The contractor must manage complete transportation, delivery, offloading and staging of materials, followed by full installation with anchoring to the floor slab, alignment verification and torque checking of all fasteners. Load testing and functional verification of the erected system must be completed prior to handover.
Quotations must be submitted by 11 September 2026. Bidders are required to submit detailed structural design and engineering drawings certified based on actual site conditions, general arrangement drawings and design layouts for technical evaluation by PSO. The contractor must provide as-built drawings, load capacity certificates, mill test certificates and inspection reports upon completion. Training of PSO warehouse staff on safe loading practices and routine inspection is mandatory, along with warranty and after-sales support as specified in the tender documents.
