Wah Brass Mill, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited, invites sealed quotations for the local purchase of three items: Charcoal, Sodium Dichromate, and Asbestos Rope. This tender enquiry (Reference No. 03-LP-CHARCOAL, SODIUM DICHROMATE & ASBESTOS ROPE-PUR-WBM-2026-27) is issued under the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Health & Safety Management System frameworks. The procurement is to be delivered on a free-delivery basis at Wah Brass Mill, Quaid Avenue, adjacent to POF Main Gate, Wah Cantt, Punjab. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide a Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Participation requires submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank, drawn in favour of Wah Industries Ltd. Established and reputable firms with prior satisfactory supply of similar items, or those who have submitted acceptable samples in previous tenders, may be exempted from submitting fresh tender samples. A performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder prior to contract placement. State-owned organizations are exempted from providing bid money.
Bidders must submit quotations before 11:00 hours on 16 September 2026 (Wednesday) either by air mail or courier to the POF Bids Centre (Room No. 02), Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt Post Code 47040, or by hand 30 minutes before tender opening at 11:30 hours. Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the opening date and should be based on free delivery terms.
